Polyaluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) is a brown liquid or brown, reddish-brown solid powder. It is a composite coagulant formed by the copolymerization of aluminum and iron salts. It features strong adsorption and bridging capacity, excellent condensation performance, large alum flocs, fast sedimentation speed and high purification efficiency.
It is widely used for the treatment of wastewater from municipal sewage plants, dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater and other industrial wastewater.
Users can adjust the concentration according to different water quality and determine the optimal dosage through tests. Liquid products can be added directly or diluted before dosing. Solid products need to be dissolved and diluted before use. The dilution ratio is 5-50% for liquid products and 2-20% for solid products. The dosage of liquid product is 3-40 kg per ton of water, and the dosage of solid product is 1-15 kg per ton of water. The final dosage shall be subject to flocculation tests.
Solid products are packed in 25kg bags or 1000kg ton bags with plastic inner liners inside woven bags. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated and cool place. Keep away from moisture. Do not store together with flammable, corrosive or toxic materials.
